Return and Refund Policy

  1. Artwork Revisions – One round of minor revisions is included; major changes (e.g., switching tint film or color drastically) may incur additional charges.  
  2. Approval & Finalization – Once the client approves, the appointment is scheduled and the client is expected to show up for the service.  
  3. Agreement – By engaging their services the client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions in their entirety.  
  4. Professional Conduct – All parties are expected to work cooperatively. If the client is abusive or unreasonable, services may be halted and the deposit and/or materials retained.  
  5. Color Matching – While they strive for accurate tint color matching, minor variations can occur due to vehicle glass differences or film type.  
  6. Quotations
     
    • Quotes are valid for 30 days, after which pricing or availability may change.  
    • Any changes in vehicle spec, tint type, or additional requests will likely alter the price; the installer will notify the client of adjustments before proceeding.  

  1. Installation
     
    • Punctuality: Clients should arrive on time for scheduled appointments.  
    • Service Time: Typical window tinting takes 2-4 hours depending on vehicle & film selected.  
    • Vehicle Condition: Older or pre­damaged vehicles may not have perfect outcomes despite best effort.  

  1. Rescheduling & Cancellations – At least 48-hours notice is requested for rescheduling. Late arrival or no-shows may lead to cancellation and additional fees.  
  2. Ownership of Design – Any custom tint designs/patterns created by Rapid Window Tinting remain their intellectual property. The client receives a non-transferable license to use the final design/film selection.  
  3. Time Frames & Acceptance – A signed agreement is required to proceed. Time-frames provided are estimates; delays may occur.  

Warranty, Liability & Refund Policy

  • Workmanship Warranty – They guarantee their installation work for one year from date of service. Covers issues such as peeling, bubbling, lifting or creases caused by improper installation. They will repair or replace at no extra cost.  
  • Product Warranty – Film manufacturer-warranty periods vary by film type and conditions; installer will inform you of the specific warranty applicable to your film.  
  • Pre-Existing Damage – If any damage on the vehicle’s glass/windows is found BEFORE installation, it must be reported. They’re not liable for pre-existing damage or issues that affect the job.  
  • Exclusions & Limitations – The workmanship warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, intentional damage, environmental factors, normal wear & tear, cleaning with improper products, or alteration of the film by others.  
  • Voiding the Warranty – Warranty may be void if the film is modified, tampered with, cleaned improperly, or if the vehicle is maintained in a manner contrary to instructions.  
  • Indemnity – The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the business and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of any acts/omissions by the client or their agents resulting in damage or issues with the tinting work.  
  • No-Refund Policy – Once installation is completed, there are no refunds for services or products. Warranty repair or replacement is offered instead.
